The gluten free Japan-Australian food adventures of the Hills. We are a young married couple (Japanese lady and Aussie bloke) who want to bring Japan and Japanese cuisine to those with gluten sensetivity or coeliac disease. For anyone with an aversion to gluten, Japan can be a difficult place to navigate.
